Once you establish your business, there are 3 core functions that you have to work on and that have to be working properly.
The first core function is sales and marketing. Since marketing leads to sales and referrals, sales & marketing should be aligned and not working independently of each other.
The second core function is operations. As soon as the contract is signed it is sent to Operations to start onboarding, scheduling meetings, so we can perform, and provide results. If operations are not working, customer retention will go down.
The last core function is accounting and finance: This is how we bill, invoice, keep clean books, project revenue, and make goals.
