Kent is an experienced trial lawyer who has been lead trial counsel on both jury and bench trials throughout the United States. He has argued successfully before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Cecilia has represented clients in responding to governmental and administrative inquiries and investigations at both the federal and state levels. She has also been an adjunct professor at Saint Vincent College.
Kirk’s background is in chemistry and business administration. He focuses his practice on prosecution and protection of technology in various technical disciplines.
