Linley Richter, Jr. is the Managing Partner at Memphis Family Law in Cordova, Tennessee.
While in law school, he excelled to a position on the Moot Court Board, and in 1990 he received the Best Brief Award for his work in the Mock Trial Competition. In 2014, he formed Richter Family Law Group, P.C. he currently concentrates his practice mainly in the area of family law which includes divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption and dependent and neglect. He also handles a number of family law cases involving military service members and their spouses. Mr. Richter is a Rule 31 Listed Family Law Mediator and is specially trained in domestic violence issues.
