Recently Erik got a call from his financial advisor and Erik told Owen that he should give him deadlines. With everything Erik’s got going on – running a business, recording podcasts, his personal life – other things will get pushed to the back burner.

We’ve seen success at both Array Digital and Rival Digital when we give our clients a deadline and follow up with a phone call when they don’t follow through with them. This is especially important in the onboarding process.
