Our sales team works to bring on new clients, making presentations to explain to the client the current issues they are facing, how we can fix them, and why Array Digital is the best. Once they have brought on a new client, they are transitioned to the operations team.
We’ve worked on this transition a lot. We want sales to be focused on selling so we’ve made it a quick transition from sales to operations. This includes an onboarding email in which the salesperson will introduce the client to our Project Manager, Jamal, and our Creative Director, Jake.
