We have deals and then we have big deals. A normal business deal is typically from $2500 to $10,000 a month. Everything is based around a deal that size. But when we get a big deal, processes are changed and exceptions are made, new innovations and efficiencies are created because we’ll be working with a much larger company.
Big deals may require new team members to be able to manage the new heavier workload, it may require new software that’s more innovative than what we were previously using, it might require completely new processes altogether! These big deals are really exciting because they allow you to innovate and improve your services for everyone else.
