Recently, Kevin started to put together small videos for our potential clients to meet the team members they will be working with. In this episode, Kevin shares the process of how to do it.
Kevin Daisey (00:01):
Video intros for each team member. What’s up everybody. This is Kevin Daisey here. So what I’ve started to do recently is put together small videos for our potential clients to meet their team members step. If they sign on with us, then I’m gonna make a video collage of intros from each team member that they will be working with. Now, I had a task created for each team member to make Ave intro video about 15 seconds long name and what you do and how you help our clients. So they’re really short. And now I have a folder full of those, and I have a free tool online that you just go to. I’m actually using it right now. I think it’s like web camera.io, which is what I’m using to record this right now. You can merge videos for free. And I have a little bumper intro that says Array Digital.
And so I’ll look at what team members they might have based on the agreement that we, I sent to them. I drop ’em all in there and then hit save. Then I email that to them and say, Hey, by the way, once you come on board with us, these will be the team members you’re working with. And they wanted to put together a video for you so that they could say hi. And so very specific to them. Now you can probably make one. That’s just broad. If you’re a small company, maybe you, maybe they work with everybody. But with us, they usually have a particular set of team members based on the services that they’re getting. So if you’re in a service type business, this can work for any of you. If you are at an HVAC or if you’re in selling cars, no matter what it may be, you can get your team to quickly make a video of themselves, their name, their PO, the position that they hold and how they help their customers, and then put those together very quickly.
so it’s something that I’m doing now, presales because they don’t get to meet our team and they only get to meet me. And so I talk the team up, I talk about the team, but they don’t get to meet them. And I think that’s a sticking point for some folks. So, Hey, my team put a video together for you. I hope you enjoy meeting them through here. Of course, if they really wanted to talk with them maybe if it’s a big enough client, we can pull some things together and say, Hey, let’s just have a call with some of the team members that you may be working with. But imply that you’re already gonna be working together in our videos. It actually says welcome to the team. Here’s your team members that you’re gonna be working with. So nice little touch. It took me, took me five minutes. I just sent one out just a minute ago to a client that’s on the edge they’re considering, but they’re stuck on a couple things. Really the, the terms and commitment that we ask for, but I wanna kinda wash that away. Hey,
Your team is ready to go. We can help you grow your firm. In this case, we do marketing for law firms. We can help you grow your firm. Here’s the team you’ll be working with and they wanted to say hi and put together this little video for you. So think about recording these videos. It takes no time at all. There’s a free tool. You slap it together, send it to ’em in the email with a link and you’re good to go.
