What we’ve found over time is that the whole week between Christmas and New Years’, the business world just shuts down. But that actually starts in the week before Christmas too.
Last year, before COVID, we let our staff work from home because we know work would be relatively slow.
The Rival Digital team decided to invest in that downtime and do some marketing during that time. They decided to put together a list of prospects and send postcards to them.
