In the early days of starting his own entrepreneurial business, Erik did neither. He subleased a room in a bigger office building because he didn’t have a lot of money coming in and he didn’t want to spend a lot of money on overhead.
More recently, when he started Rival Digital at the end of 2020, they asked the question again. Kevin and Erik looked for places to buy but ended up going with a sublease. Rival seems to be going in the same direction as Array Digital: sublease first, lease next, then eventually buying.
