He advises companies to share so much information online that it annoys your competition. Consumers these days want videos, tutorials, and how-tos. You should be posting so much content and material for consumers to use that it upsets your competition. Instead of being scared of offering too much free information, leverage your knowledge to become the trusted source of information in the eyes of buyers.
