About 2 years ago, Erik decided he was going to write a book that is now complete and available. He knew that if he tried to work on it on any given workday, he just wouldn’t have the time and it would keep getting pushed back and never finished.
He found that it was best to do it early in the morning, earlier than he would normally get up. Erik would get up at 5 am and write for 1-3 hours a day and he got the book written in a month.
After finishing the book, he realized there were other things he wanted to do with his days. He repurposed that early morning for training for his Half Ironman.
