Think about your top-tier clients and give them a gift along the way in the onboarding period and make this a part of your process. Once a certain milestone is hit with that customer, you may want to give that client a gift, something that you put real time and energy into.
For us, a client that spends more than $5,000 a month with us, we spend a couple hundred dollars on a gift for them.
During the kickoff process, we listen really closely to the client, the people that are important to them and/or their company. Include this person on the gift to really surprise and excite them.
