Ever since the early days of going into business, Erik had a feeling that he would do better if he niched into a particular industry. But he never knew what industry was best and that uncertainty rolled into Array Digital. Both Kevin and Erik knew niching was probably a good idea but didn’t know how to go about it.
Then about a year ago, they joined a mastermind and everyone in the group niches and profess it all the time. The people in the group that are the most successful are the ones with the tightest niche.
Over the past several months, our company started niching and even started Rival Digital that took that to the extreme.
But there have been plenty of times where we lost out on business because the prospect went with a marketing company that focused on their niche.
