Erik has been training for a Half Ironman that he has coming up in June. His fitness resolutions for the year are to train for and do well in the half ironman but also to get a 6-pack. This requires good nutrition. As he’s been focused on nutrition, he’s come across 2 fitness apps with great business models that have inspired him to create products of his own.
The first app is called 6-Pack Abs in 30 Days. Each day, you click on the app and just press start. From there, it shows you exactly what to do with a countdown between each exercise. You do 13-21 exercises back to back. It only takes about 10 minutes and requires no thinking; it tells and shows you exactly what to do.
The other app is called Romwod which he discovered when he used to do Crossfit. It’s similar to the ab app in that it shows you what you’re going to be doing, taking the guesswork out of it.
