Here at Array Digital, we’ll look at a product or service and get wow’d by all its features and we want that shiny new toy. But then we have to stop and say, what problem are we actually trying to solve. Sometimes it’s not clear; we just want that new toy and everything it promises.
We recently pulled the plug on a piece of software we were evaluating because we just weren’t convinced. It was an ERP that basically runs your entire company.
Think about: Can it make us money? Can it save us money? And, even if we do get increased efficiencies, what does that look like?
