Introducing The “Array Way”

Kevin and Erik have been talking a lot about how we do things at Array Digital and have realized that just because other businesses do something a certain way, that is not justification for doing it just like them. There should be no “that’s just the way the industry does it.”
For example, we bill our clients by ACH while most other businesses in our industry send an invoice then wait for a check to come in the mail with 60-90 payment terms. We set the expectation early with our customers and it’s not a problem because we did that.
There are also things that we do culture-wise that are the “Array Way.” For example, we have unlimited paid time off. It sounds scary but with a few rules in place, it has gone over very well. We also do things in our culture to ensure individual team members get recognition throughout the day. There are so many more things that we’ve implemented here that define the “Array Way.”
